Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor – Night Shift at our Cold Spring, MN poultry facility. You will lead daily production on the floor, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinate manpower, equipment, and workflows, and enforce health and safety standards.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED (a college degree is preferred) and 1+ year of supervisory experience with teams of 20+.
