Location: Cold Spring, MN

You will be responsible for the maintenance and remodeling of Coldspring's campus, buildings, and infrastructure.

• Assisting/completing/leading maintenance of campus buildings – both interior and exterior
• Assisting/completing/leading the remodeling of offices and off‑campus buildings, including installing cabinets, trim work, sheet rocking, taping, spraying, and texturing
• Operating and understanding laser and transit to determine and transfer elevations
• Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing overhead doors and openers
• Assisting the sales team with the erection of granite mock‑ups for sales and conventions
• Erecting and maintaining all power and hand tools associated with job functions
• Operating work equipment such as front‑end loaders, skid loaders, and snow removal equipment
• Ensuring sidewalks and parking lots are clean and safe
• Maintaining upkeep of grounds
• Completing preventive maintenance of all equipment

• Two years of vocational school in carpentry or 1–3 years of job‑related experience
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors with exposure to adverse weather and temperature extremes
• Experience working on scaffolding and man lifts
• Must be able to perform within the physical demands of the job and operate required tools, equipment, and machines
• Ability to climb, bend, stoop, crawl, and lift up to 75 lbs. regularly

$19.00 – $31.96 hourly (starting pay is based on skills and experience)

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm Friday: 6:00 am – 12:00 pm
