Make a Difference from Day One! As an Orientation Trainer at our Cold Spring, MN location, you will lead new hire orientation, ensure smooth onboarding, and help bridge communication between English and Spanish speakers.
Responsibilities- Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required paperwork and training are completed.
- Support HR operations through accurate record keeping and data entry.
- Assist with recruiting activities, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Serve as a resource for team member questions and requests.
- Coordinate interpreter services and translate materials to meet facility needs.
- Take on additional projects and opportunities to grow your skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. - Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a related role. - Language
Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak fluently). - Skills:
Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability to connect with diverse learners; strong organizational and planning skills; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; professionalism, organization, creativity, and confidentiality are highly valued.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday, day shift hours. - Benefits:

Company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule. - Base hourly salary range of $19‑23/hour.
