Cole Ford and Cole CDJR are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerkto join our dealership accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, learning new processes, and taking on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position offers the opportunity to learn several areas of dealership accounting while building valuable skills and growing into a long-term role.

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain new-vehicle inventory
• Set up and maintain accounts receivable
• Process vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
• Handle title-related duties and documentation
• Prepare and email customer statements
• Provide general accounting and dealership office support
• Learn and consistently follow established accounting and dealership processes
• Maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Dependable, capable, and comfortable handling varied responsibilities
• Ability and willingness to learn established processes and procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Accounting degree preferred, but not required
• Interest in learning multiple accounting functions and developing along-term career with the dealership
