Overview
Plant Engineering Manager — Coldwater, MI | $100K–$135K + 10% Bonus + 9% 401(k) Match
ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical direction of a major food manufacturing facility, with real capital budget authority and a direct seat at the leadership table.
Execute capital projects end-to-end, manage critical utility systems, and serve as the plant's senior technical resource. Partner with Corporate Engineering to drive safety, quality, and cost performance.
Qualifications- Engineering degree
- 3+ years in regulated manufacturing (food, pharma, chemical, or petrochemical)
- Capital project experience with utilities, wastewater, or ammonia systems
- Food or beverage manufacturing experience
- TPM or Lean background
- Ammonia refrigeration and PSM compliance
- Prior engineering leadership role
$100K–$135K base, 10% bonus, 9% 401(k) match, full benefits, relocation assistance.
Full-time, on-site.
