Member Experience Specialist

At MCCU, we think banking should feel a little more human. Our Member Experience Specialists are the people who make that happen every day. You'll be the first face members see when they walk through the door, and you'll help them with everything from everyday transactions to opening accounts, navigating loan options, and getting comfortable with digital tools that make their financial lives easier.

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and isn't afraid to wear a few different hats. You'll work across teller services, account management, and consumer lending, which means no two days look exactly the same. You'll also be part of a team that looks out for each other, takes pride in the community, and finds real satisfaction in doing right by the people it serves.

We serve a diverse membership, and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. We have a particular need for Spanish and French Creole speakers, though other languages are absolutely valued. If you're bilingual, we recognize that skill in your compensation.

• Three years of prior experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math proficiency, including interest, payoff, and dividend calculations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping people
• Ability to learn and explain financial products clearly
• Notary Public designation required (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
