Location Branch County Courthouse

Support the development and delivery of youth programming under the guidance of the Program Director and direct supervision of the Program Leader. This is a position with the Branch County Day Treatment Program.

• Assist in implementing Day Treatment Program policies and activities.
• Engage and supervise youth in program-related activities.
• Promote personal growth and social development through structured interventions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Criminal Justice, or a related field (required).

• Experience working with youth or in community-based programs (preferred).
• Understanding of the Juvenile Justice System and Children’s Services programs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
