Compensation: $13.73 – $17.00 hourly (dependent on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Location: In-person

This role involves delivering research-based therapeutic services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental conditions.

As part of our clinical team, you will:

• Deliver individualized one-on-one ABA instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Provide services primarily in our clinic setting, with occasional sessions in home, school, or community environments
• Foster an engaging and encouraging atmosphere for children with developmental needs
• Carry out school-readiness programming and behavior plans created by a supervising Behavior Analyst
• Support the development of communication skills, including verbal communication and assistive communication devices
• Teach social interaction skills, play development, and conversational abilities
• Help children build independence with daily living and adaptive skills
• Record session data and monitor progress using electronic systems and iPad-based software
• Attend collaborative meetings with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Complete annual trainings as required

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Passion for supporting children with autism and other special needs
• Comfort using Apple and/or Android devices
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Openness to receiving and applying constructive feedback
• Experience with positive reinforcement strategies (preferred)
• Background in teaching life skills and social skills (preferred)
• Completion of a 40-hour online Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training prior to start date
• Training may be available through Ripple Effects; however, time spent completing the course is unpaid
