State Worker (Maintenance) - Coldwater Welcome Center
Job Description
This is a non‑career appointment limited to 129 hours per month and 1,039 hours per appointment.
At the direction of the supervisor, the Welcome Center lead worker, or other permanent MDOT staff, this position assists full‑time laborers in performing a wide variety of tasks to maintain the Welcome Center facility, equipment, and grounds.
Responsibilities
- Assist in routine maintenance of the Welcome Center facility, equipment, and grounds.
- Follow safety procedures and work under the supervision of the Welcome Center lead worker.
- Support full‑time laborers in daily maintenance activities as directed.
Required Education And Experience
- No specific education or experience is required.
Additional Requirements And Information
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
