We are seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on improving labor efficiency, production capacity, and yield performance using data‑driven analysis, Lean Manufacturing principles, and hands‑on floor engagement. You will spend significant time in the plant, partnering with operations, supply chain, and R&D to identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results.

• Analyze and improve line capacity, throughput, and equipment utilization in a high‑volume manufacturing environment
• Develop and maintain labor standards using time studies, line balancing, and work measurement techniques
• Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks using data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to drive labor, yield, and cost improvements
• Perform OEE analysis (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to optimize production performance
• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives from concept through implementation
• Support capital projects through data analysis, financial justification, and ROI validation
• Maintain and audit SAP/ERP and MES system data for labor, yield, and material standards
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, supply chain, and R&D to implement sustainable improvements
• Support new product development through process design, costing, and implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or process improvement
• Experience in food manufacturing or high‑speed production environments preferred
• Hands‑on experience with time studies, labor optimization, and process improvement
• Experience with SAP (ERP), MES systems, and data analysis tools (Excel)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making skills
