Position Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support equipment reliability and production continuity across our manufacturing operations. This role exists to perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment to reduce downtime and maintain operational performance. The Maintenance Technician II operates with a strong level of independence and partners closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions.

This is an experienced technical role for a mechanically and electrically skilled professional who thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and understands the direct impact of maintenance performance on safety, quality, delivery, and cost outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Diagnose and repair motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and automated equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and facility systems
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation within CMMS systems
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with Production and Engineering to improve equipment reliability
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and facility standards
  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs as required
What Success Looks Like
  • Reduced unplanned downtime and improved equipment uptime
  • Strong adherence to preventive maintenance schedules
  • Timely and effective troubleshooting of equipment failures
  • Accurate documentation and maintenance tracking
  • Improved overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3–7 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience troubleshooting CNC machines or automated production equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
