A Robot Weld Operator sets up programs, and monitors automated welding machinery to produce metal parts according to specifications. Key duties include loading/unloading components, troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and inspecting welds for quality

* Position Responsibilities:

**
* ** Machine Operation:
** Set up and operate robotic welding systems, including loading/unloading parts and managing fixtures.
* ** Programming & Setup:
** Select and load welding programs, adjust parameters (amperage, voltage, wire feed) for optimal performance.
* ** Quality Control:
** Inspect finished welds using precision tools to ensure compliance with quality standards, removing slag/spatter.
* ** Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
** Perform preventative maintenance (e.g., tip cleaning, wire replacement) and troubleshoot errors.
* ** Safety Compliance:
** Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining a safe work area.
** Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:**

* Experience:

** Previous experience in robotic welding, manufacturing, or manual MIG welding.
* ** Technical

Skills:

** Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or job specifications.
* ** Physical Strength:
** Ability to lift, pull, push, and stand for long periods

** HS graduate or equivalent required

* Experience:

** 1+ years of prior machinist experience preferred.

Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing quality environment preferred
** Work Environment and

Physical Requirements:

** Manufacturing Environment Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly

Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
