You will play a key role in improving production efficiency, reducing downtime, supporting automation, and helping build high-quality products in a modern manufacturing environment.
CompensationSalary range: $61,520–$72,000 per year + excellent benefits

As our Maintenance Engineer, you’ll support machining operations by improving equipment reliability, increasing production efficiency, and solving technical problems.
Your responsibilities include:
Equipment & Maintenance- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
- Support installation, startup, repair, and maintenance of production equipment
- Investigate equipment failures and recommend permanent corrective actions
- Improve machine reliability and reduce downtime
- Analyze production processes to improve throughput and reduce scrap
- Develop process improvements and process controls
- Recommend equipment and system modifications
- Support new equipment installations and production launches
- Evaluate manufacturing methods and recommend improvements
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Support engineering projects using CAD software when needed
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
- Assist with cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use structured problem-solving methods including: 5
Why, 5W2H, Corrective Action, Reduce scrap - Support company safety initiatives
- Experience maintaining manufacturing equipment
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- CNC machine maintenance experience
- Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
- CAD experience
- Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience
