Asama Coldwater Manufacturing (ACM) seeks a Foundry Production Manager to lead casting operations from melting to finishing. You will guide supervisors and hourly teams to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets in a hands-on leadership role.
You will oversee melting, molding, finishing, and quality improvements while driving overall equipment effectiveness and lean initiatives to reduce scrap and optimize throughput.
