• Operate within our safety and quality programs to convert scrap aluminum into new aluminum products.
• Perform and monitor blending activities to meet precise specifications.
• Manage heavy material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
• Use basic computer applications to record production data and follow instructions.

• Core schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM, 4 ON / 4 OFF.
• Multiple shifts exist; all new team members start on an 8-hour shift and move to a 12-hour shift after training.

• Manufacturing experience and the ability to meet physical requirements.
• Background with blending or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort lifting, moving, and staging materials.
• Basic computer literacy.
