• Temporary position
• $ 24.37 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday)

Multiple Shifts available

• 2nd Shift Monday
  - Friday 3:00PM - 11:20PM, $25.17 hourly pay
• 3rd Shift Sunday
  - Thursday 11:00PM - 7:20am, $24.37 hourly
• Overtime may be required up to 12 hours daily and/or on weekends.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position is crucial to our production process, involving hands-on operation of machinery, quality inspection, and adherence to strict safety standards within a demanding industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform visual quality inspections on products and materials, utilizing gauges to ensure specifications are met.
• Engage in basic preventative maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment.

Qualifications:

Must be available to work overtime up to 12 hour shifts and/or on weekends.

  Skills:
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator.
• Experience in hot forging processes.

Pre-employment Requirements:

Successful completion of a background check and drug screen is required for this position. Ask if they have convictions they wish to disclose and what those are. Disqualify if:

• No high school diploma/GED
• Not English-speaking
• Unable to commute to Homer
• Unable to work in environment with extreme heat in excess of 120 degrees in the summer months
