Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Coldwater, MI

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, assessment and triage abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family interactions
• Ability to thrive in high‑stress, rapidly changing situations

• Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to ER patients based on thorough assessment and care planning
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage IVs according to protocols
• Collaborate with attending physicians, specialists, and allied staff to ensure timely diagnostics and interventions
• Participate in rapid response and code teams when emergencies arise
• Educate patients and their families on condition management and care instructions
• Accurately document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
• Contribute to a safe, supportive, and organized emergency department environment
