Cole Ford in Coldwater, MI (part of Cole Automotive Group) is seeking TOP SALES PERFORMERS to help customers purchase vehicles from the huge selection of new and pre‑owned inventory at ALL Cole Auto Group locations.

Location:

410 East Chicago Street, Coldwater, MI 49036.

• $65,000 - $100,000+ Potential Income (seasoned auto sales earn 25% - 35% retro commission based on selling 10‑15 cars a month. Sell 10 cars for an additional 5% retro commission. Sell 15 cars for another 5% retro commission totaling 35%).
• New to auto sales earn $500/week + 12.5% retro commission training pay for up to 6 months.

• Help customers select and purchase vehicles from a huge selection of new and pre‑owned inventory.
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs.
• Explain product features and demonstrate performance on test drives.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Positively overcome customer objections.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers.

• Top performing sales experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
