Product Development Technologist – Fresh Foods

This isn’t a lab-only role. You’ll be at the center of execution, collaborating with Operations, QA, and Production to bring fresh pork products to life.

• Take ownership of 10–15+ active projects at a time
• Build and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Partner with cross-functional teams across QA, Operations, and Production
• Support product updates (packaging, configuration, specifications)
• Spend time on the plant floor ensuring execution is accurate and efficient

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Meat Science, Food Science, or related field
• Internship, research, or hands-on experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Curiosity, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset
