Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud and support safety/environmental program compliance in assigned store(s).;
Monitor CCTV and exception reports and audit Electronic Article Surveillance to drive shrink-elimination culture.;
Prepare accurate, detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries; preserve evidence.;
Interact with law enforcement and testify in criminal and civil court actions.;
Report hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and minimize risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the Company.
