What You Bring At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment

Ability to operate power equipment and follow detailed work instructions and procedures

Curiosity to learn and a commitment to working safely; PLC exposure is a plus (you’ll gain more on the job)
A team-first mindset, with the confidence to work independently and complete assigned tasks
