Construction Laborer

Fire Watch needed on a project near Coldwater, MI.

• -Monitor welding and other hot work activities to help prevent fire hazards
• -Maintain a safe work area before, during, and after welding operations
• -Watch for sparks, smoldering materials, and other potential fire risks
• -Ensure fire extinguishers and safety equipment are readily available
• -Report unsafe conditions and follow all site safety procedures
• -Assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• -Estimated End Date: 10/10/2026
• - Schedule:
  
  Monday through Sunday, approximately 60 hours per week
• -Pay Rate: $22/hour

• -Must complete required online site safety training before starting
• -Previous construction or fire watch experience preferred, but not required
• -Ability to remain alert and focused throughout the shift
• -Must wear standard PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, work boots, and gloves
• -Reliable transportation and ability to work the full project schedule
