Full-time Truck Driver

Bluewater Thermal Solutions located in Coldwater, Michigan is seeking a Full-time CDL A Licensed truck driver to join our team!

This job role is a member of our shipping and receiving team and it reports to our Plant Manager. Our opportunity could offer the successful candidate the chance to work close to home and have nights free. You will travel between the state of Michigan and Illinois to deliver heat‑treated parts to our customers while adhering to local laws and understanding safety policies and regulations.

• Route: must be comfortable traveling to Chicago area daily
• Perform thorough pre‑trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and load accuracy
• Assess job sites to establish safe and efficient unloading conditions
• Report any product‑related concerns to your supervisor promptly
• Identify and communicate potential road or vehicle hazards to maintain safety
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date logbooks and documentation
• Follow all company and highway safety policies and regulations
• Provide courteous, professional service to customers on every route
• Coordinate with the plant manager for smooth and timely pickups and deliveries

• Must have valid CDL A License
• (3) years of CDL A vehicle driving experience

Our Medical Plan features Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HDHP options. You also have the option of covering your dependents.

The Dental Plan offers one of two options. Similar to our healthcare coverage you may elect dental coverage for your dependents.

The Company provides a basic level of coverage at no cost to you. You may choose to purchase supplemental insurance on yourself and your dependents.
