Schedule
Shift: Monday - Friday.
Hours:
3:00 pm - 11:30 pm.
Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.
Position Responsibilities- Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions
- Schedule and supervise workforce to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse environment
- Process improvement of all activities
- Researching and reconciling order discrepancies
- Supervision and training of employees
- Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff
- Annual performance reviews
- Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar
- Education:
High School graduate or equivalent required - Experience:
3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment preferred - Experience:
2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and truck freight preferred
Physical Requirements
Manufacturing Shipping/Warehouse Environment. Lift up to 75 lbs. regularly. Requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods. Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer.
