This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  BLS & ACLS required, PALS preferred.
• Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
  Proficient oral and written communication; excellent interpersonal skills; organizational and time management skills; current clinical experience preferred.

• All new hires required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion.
• If Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
