Role Overview

Responsible for the servicing and response maintenance of NIHE and Private properties, in various areas including Derry, Limavady, Causeway and Coleraine.

Foreman. Direct Reports: N/A.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
7.30am – 5pm
On Call Rota
Flexibility is required.

Roles & Responsibilities

Gas/Oil Maintenance repairs and breakdown repairs
Annual Gas/Oil Services in NIHE properties and Private properties
Inspections and safety checks on Gas boilers
Safety checks and services on Oil appliances
Cover other office locations as required

Essential Criteria

Time served or Qualified Plumber
Experience in servicing domestic gas systems
Experience in fault finding on domestic central heating systems and boilers
Full Driving Licence
Available to carry out call outs (on a rotational basis)

Desirable Criteria

Gas Safe registered or OFTEC qualified
Valid CSR Card
