HGV Prep Technician - Swindon £38,000-£40,000 Basic  £6,000 Bonus | Progression to £60,000 | Flexible Hours Looking to build a long-term career in HGVs?

We're recruiting for an HGV Prep Technician to join a leading commercial vehicle workshop in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with servicing or preparation experience who wants outstanding training, genuine career progression and flexible working.

What's on Offer *£38,000-£40,000 basic salary *£6,000 bonus potential
* OTE £44,000-£46,000
* Clear progression to Senior HGV Technician roles earning £60,000

The Role You'll be responsible for preparing HGVs to the highest standards, including:
* Servicing and routine maintenance
* Pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)
* Vehicle health checks
* Minor repairs and rectification work
* Replacing service items including brakes, filters and fluids
* Completing workshop documentation accurately

What We're Looking For
* Experience as an HGV Prep Technician, HGV Technician or Commercial Vehicle Technician
* Level 3 qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)
* Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive attitude and willingness to develop
