Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

SALARY £49,500 (inc shift supplements) 10 HOUR SHIFTS MONDAY to THURSDAY PERMANENT NIGHTS We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our client's busy distribution centre on the outskirts of Birmingham. This is a fast-paced environment, and you will not only be responsible for responding to breakdowns but also ensuring the planned preventative maintenance and service documentation is kept up to date.

There is a wide range of machinery on site including conveyors, picking and packing machinery, box erectors, banding machinery, palletisers to name a few. We are looking for someone who is confident both electrically, mechanically, has good understanding of pneumatics and happy to take the lead on breakdowns when needed.

Key Responsibilities for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician Proven expertise in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Strong Attention to detail CMMS use Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines Willing to learn and adapt to role requirements. Perform routine preventative and reactive maintenance. Hands on ownership of issues Qualifications, Skills and Experience for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician Minimum LEVEL 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification or Equivalent

Experience with fault finding, continuous improvements Confident with Microsoft Office including word, excel, outlook etc IOSH and knowledge of PROFINET, PROFIBUS would be an advantage
