Location: College Park, GA (Onsite – 5 Days)

Max Pay Rate: $18/hr

Shift: Thursday – Monday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to support high-volume Lockbox and document processing operations. This role requires strong numeric keypad accuracy, speed, and the ability to meet strict production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Enter data from images and documents with high accuracy
• Use full keyboard and numeric keypad efficiently
• Follow customer instructions and system prompts precisely
• Identify and resolve out-of-balance transactions
• Meet strict productivity and deadline targets
• Detect and report data or system issues
• Maintain quality and accuracy standards
• Work in high-volume processing environment

• Strong 10-Key numeric entry (by touch)
• Minimum 8,000 KSPH typing speed
• Previous Data Entry / Document Processing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic PC skills
• Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work

• Lockbox or financial document processing experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
