You will monitor sortation system KPIs, analyze sort accuracy and throughput data, identify root causes for missorts, and work with maintenance and operations teams to implement improvements that boost sort performance.
Requirements- 2+ years of operations analysis or industrial engineering experience
- Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Understanding of sortation system operations and metrics
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
