Job Description
We are immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative in College Park, GA for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
- Pay Type:
Non‑Exempt / Paid Weekly - Hourly Pay: $18.50 + $0.50 differential for 2nd Shift based on experience.
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. with occasional paid overtime.

The Customer Service Representative works cross‑functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management, utilizing excellent customer communication skills. The role handles inbound sales calls, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and interacts with customers to provide information, resolve complaints, and answer questions.
Essential Functions- Ensure a great customer experience and resolve concerns, issues, and disputes to customers’ expectations; execute customer communication protocol.
- Handle all rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers.
- Accountable for rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management.
- Manage workflow to enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning.
- Generate purchase/repair orders and maintain related files.
- Manage parts inventory to contribute to cost containment through planning and warranty.
- Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agency policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey clear verbal and written communication with desired effect.
- Goal‑oriented, results‑driven, assertive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- High level of initiative and self‑motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
- Capacity to focus on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of organization.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One year or more experience in sales and/or customer service required.
