Technical Sales Coordinator; Chemical Products

Responsibilities

Nitro Quimica Corporation (Alchemix) is seeking a Technical Sales Coordinator (Chemical Products) in College Park, GA. Responsibilities include identifying and prospecting users of nitrocellulose and nitrocellulose‑based chemical solutions across multiple industrial sectors; providing technical support to customers, including guidance on product specifications (viscosity, nitrogen content, solid content, solvent compatibility) and application development; coordinating sales activities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, including distributor management, channel evaluation, and customer relationship development;

supporting commercial strategy implementation in alignment with headquarters directives; planning sales and operational activities (S&OP) by communicating customer demand to production and logistics teams in Brazil and the United States; coordinating logistics for hazardous chemical shipments in accordance with standard industry regulations related to handling, storage, and transport; monitoring after‑sales performance, resolving customer issues related to formulations or technical performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction;

supporting new product development opportunities by communicating customer needs to the R&D team; and participating in contract preparation, including NDAs, commercial agreements, and development agreements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Travel may be required. Telecommuting is not available; the position is office‑based.
