About the opportunity

Starflex is hiring an experienced CNC laser operator to strengthen our fabrication team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and care deeply about accuracy, safety, and throughput, this is the place to apply your skills.

What you’ll do Prepare, set up, and operate CNC laser cutting equipment for production

Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Load/unload materials and parts safely and efficiently

Verify part quality, dimensions, and finishes

Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

Maintain steady production flow and meet daily targets

Coordinate closely with production and quality teams

What you bring

Proven experience running CNC laser equipment (required)
Amada experience preferred; other laser platforms strongly encouraged to apply

Blueprint literacy and proficiency with calipers/micrometers

Detail-driven, quality-focused mindset

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Forklift experience is a plus Tools & technologies2D drawingsCNC laser cutter
