Fiber​/COLaser Operations Technician; Amada

At Starflex, we’re seeking an experienced CNC laser operator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to contribute to a high-performing fabrication team.

• Own CNC laser setup and operation across production runs
• Translate blueprints and work orders into efficient cut plans
• Safely stage, load, and unload materials and finished goods
• Validate quality and dimensional accuracy with precision tools
• Execute basic maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime
• Drive production flow and consistently hit daily goals
• Collaborate closely with production and quality stakeholders

• Professional experience operating CNC laser equipment (required)
• Background with Amada lasers preferred; operators from other laser platforms are welcome
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using calipers/micrometers
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus
