Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs;
Manage telephone handling in accordance with company policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently with appropriate payment methods;
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage outside purchases;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned;
Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and clock-in/out procedures;
Perform store opening and closing duties including day-end procedures, cash handling, deposits, and securing the building;
Other duties as assigned
