4767 Clark Howell Hwy, College Park GA 30349, United States. Join HOODZ - the largest and leading commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning company in our industry! We are currently hiring for our lead technician crew member position. Our territory covers the South West and North East Atlanta area.
Responsibilities- Satisfying, independent work with minimal supervision. We work off-hours at night in our customers' facilities. After training, perform at a professional and expert level.
- Weekly performance bonus for no customer callbacks after training period.
- Degreasing and polishing restaurant exhaust and ventilation systems, from the kitchen to the roof, with a safety-first mindset.
- Utilizing HOODZ standards to set up job sites correctly and efficiently.
- Power washing and cleaning using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to ensure quality work.
- Maintaining the company vehicle by organizing, inventorying, stocking, and driving to client facilities.
- Stability and consistency: night shifts to accommodate restaurant closures for better work-life balance.
- Comprehensive training and tools to support your growth.

- Contributing to safety: your work helps prevent fires and keeps kitchen operations compliant and safe.
- At least 2-3 years of experience cleaning kitchen exhaust systems (hoods, ducts, and fans).
- Availability to work overnight shifts; typically Monday night through Friday night, with 2-3 restaurant visits per night and varying start times between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record; ability to travel using company vehicles.
- Hands-on, active, technical, and mechanical work.
- Ability to pass initial and ongoing background and drug screens due to working in customer facilities.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
