* Job Description:

** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Princeton Court. The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
** Responsibilities:
*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and structural issues.
* Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
* Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and service requests.
** Requirements:
*** HVAC Certification is required (EPA Universal preferred).
* Prior experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
