Responsible for unloading freight from various trucking companies with or without manual or powered equipment at assigned location under the direction of the Supervisor and Site Manager.

• Unload and break down freight at an adequate pace.
• May be trained to operate a forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Other job duties may be assigned.

• Regularly use hands, fingers, and arms to manipulate items, and maintain hearing and speaking ability.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally sit, climb, or balance.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 70‑75 pounds frequently.
• Require good vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Ability to lift and move 50‑75 pounds continuously.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Warehouse experience a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift or electric pallet jack preferred.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment continuously lifting and moving up to 75 lbs.
• Meet fast‑paced productivity goals and standards.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Work overtime, including weekends and holidays, without advanced notice.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Accuracy – perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Detail oriented – pay attention to minute details.
• Communication – read, write, and understand English.

Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work. Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions. Prior experience operating a forklift and pallet jack is a plus; not required. The company will train and certify associates holding positions requiring such equipment.
