Operations Research Analyst

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Research Analyst who independently performs operations research and analytical modeling in support of readiness, logistics, and sustainment objectives.

Location: Onsite at NAS Patuxent River, MD

Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday - Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday - Friday

Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI

Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Employment Type: Full-Time

Client: U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)

• Apply optimization, simulation, and statistical methods.
• Analyze maintenance, supply chain, operational, and cost data.
• Develop analytical models, simulations, and dashboards.
• Support readiness assessments and COA development.

• DECKPLATE.
• Vector.
• RAMP.
• IPSMS.
• AMSRR.
• OARS.
• AFAST.
• MDAT.
• REMIS.
• LIMS-EV.
• MAL-EIT (EPUK, NGBMS, LPT).
• Readiness dashboards, modeling tools, and enterprise data warehouses.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
• Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.

• Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
• Secret Clearance.
