Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and keep common areas neat;
Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and cleans storage areas;
Completes minor and routine service requests and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process;
Changes locks and ensures gates to pool areas operate safely;
Distributes notices and communicates with residents; reports hazards to supervisors; delivers good customer service; complies with safety training and policies
