As a Program Specialist, you will bring our curriculum to life in classrooms, support teachers, and mentor staff.

• Ensure our world‑class curriculum is presented as intended and that teachers can discuss the curriculum and children’s learning.
• Spend 75% of your time in the classroom educating children and modeling best practices for teachers.
• Partner with parents to provide the highest quality care and education.
• Train, motivate, and lead staff and assist center management with interviewing and hiring teachers.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.

• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers and foster an environment where play and discovery coexist.
• Outstanding customer‑service skills.
• Approved State Trainer (preferred).
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing (preferred).
• Meet state‑specific guidelines for the role.
• Physically able to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, work indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to assume low positions for visual contact with children, remain alert to hearing and vision requirements, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English for communication with children and parents.
