Job Description
We are seeking a System Engineer with experience in System Administration Automation, management, and security compliance. The candidate will focus on maintaining system integrity, performance, and security for critical client/server environments, and will need strong problem‑solving and communication skills. The role requires working with a small, mission‑focused team that frequently interacts with users and the customer.
Education & Experience- 6 years of systems engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college/university.
- 10 years of general system engineering experience with a high school diploma or GED.
- 4 years of systems engineering experience with a Master’s degree in a qualified engineering field or related discipline from an accredited college/university.
- Strong System Engineering and System Administration skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Security Compliance.
- Proficiency with networking devices (Cisco, Juniper, Arista).
- System Administration experience for Windows/Linux.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes/containerization.
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Centrify, Group Policy, and Network Services.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and patching.
- Effective communication and issue escalation to management.
