Principal Technical Manager for Survivability, Structures, Materials & Environmental Department, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Carderock Division.

• TQ1: Demonstrated experience applying expert scientific and engineering principles in the fields of survivability, structures, materials, and/or environmental quality to U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps platforms. Documented experience as a technical authority resolving significant engineering challenges, influencing critical technical decisions for platform design, or resolving challenges related to the design, deployment, or sustainment of these platforms.
• TQ2: Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering or technology development programs. Documented experience in your direct role managing scope, schedule, and budget constraints; navigating high‑risk technical or organizational challenges; and delivering measurable mission impacts.

• Office of Personnel Management general schedule qualification standards (GS‑PROF).
• All Professional Engineering series, 0801.
• General Physical Science series, 1301.
