Main function is to perform cleaning and general maintenance duties both inside and outside of the location/facility and basic maintenance skills related to shuttle buses. This position may be required to perform cross-functional duties such as parking cars, cashiering, or filling in as a customer service representative.

• Performs janitorial or other duties as assigned daily utilizing the proper equipment and following all safety precautions.
• Uses proper lifting techniques to assist with facility/office equipment moves and meeting set-ups as needed or requested.
• Cleans windows, vents, and fixtures; sweeps and/or mops walkways, steps, and restrooms if needed.
• Changes light bulbs as needed at the location.
• Changes headlights, batteries, windshield wipers, and seats on shuttle buses.
• Driving shuttle buses to and from mechanical shops.
• Pushes dumpsters from location to trash collection area while using proper safety precautions to avoid injury.
• May remove snow from walks and steps with a shovel, tractor or snow blower as appropriate for amount and location of snow. Puts sand and salt on walks and steps during icy/slippery conditions. Must utilize proper safety precautions when performing snow removal to avoid injury.
• Depending on location needs, it may be required to wash cars or shuttle buses.
• Position may be required to park or valet cars and may be required to drive a shuttle bus if located at an off-airport location.
• Position may also be required to perform cashier-related duties or fill in as a customer service representative greeting customers and answering any questions that they may have as they enter and exit the facility.

• Depending on location needs, may need to possess math skills sufficient to calculate time and money in order to assist with cashier related duties.
• If position requires person to help drive and park cars, then must be able to drive an automatic transmission. Some locations may require the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.

• Must submit your application for employment through  (internal & external) to be considered for this position.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test and background investigation.
• Ability to grasp, push, scoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend and walk through facility and parking lot or in order to ensure the facility and parking lot is clean and in order. Must be able to walk up and down stairs.
• Must possess vision faculties sufficient to perform essential functions.
• Must be willing to work in a parking location/garage/booth/office in College Park, GA.
• Must be able to work the following schedule (Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm).
• Must be willing to work both indoor and outdoor.
• Must be able to pass a MVR/Driving Record as position includes driving shuttle buses or other company vehicle.
• Must have knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and preventive care.
• Must pass a DOT physical.

• Prior knowledge and experience with cleaning or general maintenance.
• Prior customer service industry experience.
• Experience and ability to drive manual and automatic transmission passenger vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon customer volume, shift, season, etc.
• Positive and professional attitude with strong communication skills in order to facilitate interactions with co-workers, superiors, and customers.
• Excellent dependability and time management skills.
• Strong customer focus and team-orientation.
