Responsibilities

  • Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Have deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • 1 year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, administration, finance).

Minimum Education

Pay

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $26.77, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
