Responsibilities
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Have deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to laws and regulations.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic self‑starter with strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Collaborative and builds strong relationships.
- Passionate and committed to delivering a positive client experience.
- Confident in identifying solutions for clients.
- Effective communicator; engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology.
- Confident educating clients about simple banking transactions via self‑service technologies.

- Willing to work weekends/extended hours and be scheduled at any financial center location.
- Experience in financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- 1 year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, administration, finance).

PayHourly pay range: $25.00 - $26.77, based on experience, education, and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
