Software Tool Engineer II

Overview

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Tool Engineer to join our growing team! The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in IP Address Management, with hands-on expertise in IPv4/IPv6 subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and related network technologies.

• B.S. in a related field
• Fourteen (14) years of relevant experience
  • An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for a B.S.

• Responsible for the IP Address Management process
• Responsible for the automation of requirements management, change management, requirements gathering/tracking, and configuration management
• Work with teams to identify, engineer, and implement the most optimum automated solution that follows approved processes for a given project or infrastructure
• Work with all other infrastructure support teams as part of a solution to identify, engineer, and implement solutions that integrate with the automation/infrastructure/productivity tools
• Space alignment for registration requests
• IPAM Subnet management, workflow management, front door management and vetting
• Space alignment for registration requests
• Burn rate management, space alignment for registration requests, and efficiency of routing services and subnet for cloud services
• Develop, tailor, and maintain associated technical documentation for software productivity tools
• Provide consulting, training, and hands-on expertise to project personnel to include Key Management personnel in the use of software tools
• Perform regular backup of software productivity tools databases, datasets, and files

• Experienced IPAM SME
• Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 subnetting
• DoD 8570.01-M, IAT Level 1 Compliant
