We are seeking a Multi-Intelligence Collection Manager with an active TS/SCI clearance with Poly for a contract to be awarded around October 2026.
Responsibilities- Provide collection management expertise/proficiency/know‑how to enable collection requirements management, collection operations management, and multi‑INT collection strategies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in intelligence collection disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT) and collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes.
- Assist with deconflicting Title 10 (Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR)) and Title 50 SIGINT mission tasking and operations.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and experience for the review, validation, deconfliction, and consolidation of collection requirements of the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) and USCYBERCOM Component Headquarters and Task Forces.
- Participate in and provide collection management tradecraft knowledge, experience, and expertise to enable the joint intelligence processes.
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the Master’s degree.
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Active TS/SCI with Poly.
The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Salary will be determined based on geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
