Intern - Project Management Team

Dragos is the market leader in industrial control systems and operational technology cybersecurity. This internship sits at the intersection of release management, program operations, data reporting, and hardware testing, supporting the delivery and sustainability of the Dragos Platform across customer environments.

• Assist active project and program work streams including hardware operations and OEM integration by maintaining status reports, process documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Work onsite in the Maryland lab to test and validate Dragos Platform appliance hardware including firmware builds, sensor deployments, hardware intake, and inventory tracking
• Support end-to-end release operations including tracking open issues, validating fixes, and producing release artifacts such as release notes and upgrade guides
• Contribute to KPI tracking and business intelligence reporting by building and maintaining dashboards and operational reports using Power BI and Excel

• Ability to work onsite in the Maryland area for the full duration of the internship
• Self‑starter with flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic technical aptitude with computer hardware with hands‑on experience at any level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Prior coursework or experience in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field

• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as network security, threat detection, or incident response
• Experience with Linux or command‑line tools at any level
• Exposure to business intelligence or data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with project management or issue tracking tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Knowledge of server and storage hardware and appliances

Hourly rate: $20
