Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work in Annapolis Junction, MD.
  • Must have a current TS/SCI FS clearance.
  • 15 years of experience as an SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands‑on experience (5 years of system administration experience).

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, systems hardware, and software.
  • Coach and provide guidance to less‑experienced professionals.
  • Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Offer remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.
Pay Range

Salary range: $94,400 - $120,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, experience, skills, and certifications.
