We are seeking a Senior‑Level CI Analyst SCRM to support a Federal Government client. This position is contingent on the contract award.

• Security Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph
• Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:
  • Army – 35F Course (or equivalent)
  • Army – 351F Course (or equivalent)
  • Army – Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC)
  • Army – 35M Course (or equivalent)
  • Army – 351M Course (or equivalent)
  • Air Force – Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor
  • Navy – Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor
• Experience:
  • Minimum 12 years as an All‑Source Analyst
  • Minimum 5 years in SCRM, with demonstrated skills:
    • Understanding of Intelligence Cycle
    • Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP
    • Familiarity with DCGS‑A
  • Willingness to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence‑scope polygraph
  • Examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre‑appointment and periodic basis
  • Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and analytical presentation skills
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely for senior‑level leadership
  • Familiarity with Intelligence Community software and systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capacity to work in a high‑operational tempo environment
• Education:
  • High School Diploma – 20 years of relevant experience (a portion within last 2 years)
  • Associate’s Degree – 16 years of relevant experience (a portion within last 2 years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree – 14 years of relevant experience (a portion within last 2 years)
  • Master’s Degree – 12 years of relevant experience (a portion within last 2 years)
